If you haven't already, download the order form. Complete it and fax it to 608.278.1880. Or you can call us at 608.278.1880 between the hours of 10:00 and 5:30 CST Monday through Friday. We will also need a copy of your store's reseller's certificate before we can process your initial order.
:: NEW ACCOUNTS ::
New accounts may be opened with a credit card (Visa or Master Card), C.O.D., or a prepayment check only.
:: CREDIT POLICY ::
30-day terms are available to accounts in good standing. Merchandise is not shipped to past-due accounts. If terms are established, a back-up credit card is required for all orders and will be charged if payment is not received by due date.
:: PAYMENTS ::
Payments are accepted by credit card, check, or COD. We accept Visa or Master Card. Please make all checks payable to JBiRD iNK, Ltd.
:: SALES TAX ::
We dont charge sales tax for wholesale merchandise purchased for resale, but we'll need a copy of your resellers certificate before we can ship your order.
:: MINIMUM ORDER ::
We require a $200 minimum initial order. There is no minimum re-order, but any re-order under $100 will be subject to a 10% handling fee.
:: BONUS PRODUCT ::
We are happy to offer $50 worth of free product on your next order for every $500 of merchandise ordered.
:: SHIPPING TERMS ::
No shipping charges are applied to stores within the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. Beyond the greater Madison area, United Parcel Service (UPS) rates will be assessed. For express shipping, additional fees will apply. Handling charges may be assessed to any order. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order.

:: RETURN POLICY ::
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery to ensure all products ordered have been delivered and are in satisfactory condition. Returns are accepted for damage incurred during shipment, overshipments, and for defective or quality problems. Contact your Sales Servant within 5 days of receiving the shipment to explain the reason for your return and for a return authorization number.
:: GREETING CARD EXCHANGES ::
Some cards not selling as well as others? Undamaged greeting cards can be exchanged for new faces at any time. You pay to ship the cards to us, and we'll pay to ship the new ones back to you.

Most products are packaged with a mission label and/or an Episode Guide with a selection of comic strips and background about Kim & Jason.
