Jason Kotecki, creator of the internationally known comic strip, Kim & Jason, occasionally offers a limited number of cartooning workshops for students in grades 3-7 (current grade level). Jason has a degree in Illustration and has been cartooning for nine years and delighting students with his lively workshops for four years. He and his comic strip have been featured locally in Madison Magazine, Dane County Kids, Tidbits, as well as on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX.

Ultimate Cartooning Experience.

The Kim & Jason Ultimate Cartooning Experience is a full day program, hosted at the Kim & Jason headquarters featuring a look at the business of cartooning and a behind-the-scenes tour of Jason's REAL studio. The program also touches on the main elements of creating a comic strip from scratch, including character development, gag writing, and drawing techniques. Upon finishing the workshop, the children get their comic strips published right here on KimandJason.com.
