I’ve been a part of the JBiRD iNK team since 2001 and Chief Sales Servant since 2004. Being Chief Sales Servant isn’t a job title, it’s who I am. While I wear many hats in my day to day work, the heart of what I do is service.
Before joining the Escape Adulthood crusade, I served as the Coordinator of Justice and Social Action Ministry for the Newman Center at Northern Illinois University - I worked with the homeless shelter and food pantry and nursing home and Habitat for Humanity. It’s my mission in life to help others touch lives. Being a part of the Kim & Jason family gives me the opportunity to do that every day. I’m proud to be a part of this company and prouder still to be friends with it’s founders.
I hope to share myself a little bit through this blog (there are a few more tidbits here). I hope it’s a place for fun and laughter. I hope it’s a place for stories - stories about unique gifts for the young at heart; about gift giving and about service, both sour and sweet.
